Collections & Sadqah Request Applications

All organisations/ Individuals wishing to apply for a date for collection at our centre MUST complete an application by clicking the links below.

You are advised to complete all the details and attach as much supporting information as possible. Once submitted the committee will consider the application and will respond within 1-2 weeks from the date of the submission.
